Tortilla Salt

Salt made from our heirloom corn tortillas (dehydrated and toasted), mixed with sea salt and a small amount of chiltepin peppers for a subtle spicy hint. This batch was made with blue corn.

This salt delivers a good amount of umami! It can be used as a finishing salt, sprinkled over a juicy steak, used in snacks such as popcorn, cocktails such as a Bloody Mary  and micheladas, etc. The sky is the limit!
